FUELING THE FUTURE OF FOOTWEAR COMPETITION

Our team won this contest and our colorway of the Asics Gel Lyte III was produced and sold around the world. The event, hosted at Pensole Design Academy in Portland, OR, wasn’t just a competition, it was a masterclass. Not only did we have just 3 weeks to deliver a final design pitch, but in addition we attended daily group lessons - developing skills in color and materials, effective pitches, and customer-centered storytelling. We worked up to our final presentation where we pitched our concept to Footlocker and Asics executives, who ultimately picked us as the winner out of 6 teams.
